FROM THE GUIDANCE OFFICE:  Attention All Juniors!  April is registration month for the June ACT!  Get your ACT ID number off your ACT Test report from February and visit to create your account and get registered.  Guidance will hold registration workshops in room 101 from 3-4:00 PM on Wednesday afternoons, April 11th, 18th, and 25th.  Check your Naviance messages for to find out how to sign up for these workshops.

LINK CREW: Hey freshmen, sophomores, and juniors:  applications for next year’s Link Crew are available outside of Mr. Eatman’s office on the third floor.  Before signing up, please make sure that you read all of the requirements of a Link Crew Leader as well as the important dates that are MANDATORY.  Completed applications are due to Mr. Eatman by this Friday at 3:00 PM.  AGAIN, ALL LINK CREW LEADER APPLICATIONS ARE DUE THIS FRIDAY!  NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE FOR LATE APPLICATIONS.  For all current Link Crew Leaders, you are reminded that you MUST complete a new application to be a Link Crew Leader for next year.  We hope to have you in the Crew!

SENATE: Do you want to make your voice heard?  Are you interested in making decisions on things like Homecoming and Spirit Week?  Well, consider running for Student Senate next year.  There will be a MANDATORY meeting for all those interested in running for office next year THIS WEDNESDAY, April 18 in the Fr. Fiala Room at 2:55 PM.  YOU MUST ATTEND THIS MEETING IF YOU PLAN ON RUNNING NEXT YEAR!  We will review the criteria for each office as well discuss the election process.  We hope to see you at this MANDATORY Student Senate candidate meeting.

GREAT LAKES THEATER GROUP: The Cleveland Central Catholic community wishes to welcome our amazing friends from the Great Lakes Theater Group.  The awesome actors and actresses will be performing Romeo and Juliet with the 9th graders, Julius Caesar with the 10th graders, and Hamlet: Prince of Denmark with the 11th graders.  This is a reminder to all freshmen classes that you will meet in the Fr. Fiala Room this entire week.  Also, this is a reminder to all sophomores that you will meet in the Chapel this entire week.  DO NOT BE LATE!


  • This afternoon’s softball game has been canceled due to field conditions.
  • The Central Catholic the track team did very well this Friday at the Lakewood Ranger Relays. Our 4 by 200 Meter Relay of KwaJohn McGlothin, Sirhan Smith, Kody Bell and David Lee came in first place and lowering their time by 4 seconds. They also came in 2nd place in the 4 by 100-meter relay and 3rd in the Sprint medley 4elay. With this performance, they are now ranked 3rd in the state in the 4 by 100 and 4th in the state in the 4 by 200-meter relays. Although the girls did not win, they are still winners and are working hard and improving each meet. The wins will come and when they do, they will not stop. Special thanks to Yesenia Gil and Mr. Crawford for coming out to support us.  Our next big meet will be at Beachwood High School this Saturday.
