TALENT CLUB: Talent Club is meeting today after school from 3 – 4pm in room 203.

NHS TUTORING: National Honor Society Study Sessions are back!  Finish the semester strong.  Come to get extra help, or come to get caught up with your studies.  Sessions are Tuesday and Thursday this week and next week, till 4:00.

STUDENT SENATE: There will be a brief but mandatory meeting of Student Senate, tomorrow at 2:50 PM in the Fr. Fiala Room.  Be prepared with information on fundraisers, Catholic Schools Week, and Spirit Week.  All are expected to attend.

SENIOR CLASS COUNCIL: Attention Seniors: There are 125 days until prom on May 12th.  There is a meeting for ANY seniors interested in running fundraisers to help lower the price of prom bids on Thursday, January 12th in Mrs. Troxell's room 101.  Please be there.

ATHLETICS:

  • Attention Softball Players: There will be a short meeting for anyone interested in playing softball this season on Wednesday at 3:20pm in room 304.  Come and meet the new coach and get a conditioning and tryout schedule.
  • Volleyball: Anyone interested in playing volleyball next season there will be a meeting Thursday at 2:45pm in room 304.  See you there!
  • The Cleveland Central Catholic Ironmen will take on Garfield Heights at the Q on Wednesday, February 1st at 3:00 PM.  By a ticket for this game and stay for the Cavs vs. TImberwolves game at 7:00 PM. Tickets are $30 and are on sale now in the Athletic Office.  Please note that only cash or check will be accepted. Tickets are paperless so you will need a Flash Seats account to get your tickets as well as a credit card and/or Driver’s License to set up a Flash Seats Account. YOU CANNOT JUST PURCHASE A TICKET FOR THE CCC GAME.  There are a limited number of tickets available.

FROM THE DEANS: This is just a friendly reminder that hoodies, jackets, scarves, gloves, ski masks, boots, etc. are not to be worn in the building at any time.  If you are cold, you must purchase a school-approved sweater or vest from Mrs. Jarrett in the bookstore or from Schoolbelles.  If you wear athletic apparel issued by a Cleveland Central Catholic team including warm-ups, jackets, or vests, those items will be confiscated and returned to the Athletic Director permanently.   Dress code and hall sweeps can occur at any time of the day-- please do not get caught in them!
