THURSDAY JUNE 5, 2014

SPORTING NEWS:
• Football: All students interested in playing football in the fall must meet in Ms. Hynes room 203 right after school for a short meeting about the summer schedule.

• Wrestling: Attention all interested wrestlers. The meeting with Coach Greenwood has been changed to Friday right after dismissal in Father Fiala room to discuss summer plans.

FRIDAY MAY 30, 2014

FROM THE LIBRARIAN: All books should be returned to the library. If they are not turned in, you will be charged. If you need to turn in books today please give them to Mr. Rock in 301.

GUIDANCE INFORMATION: Attention Students who are participating in the Y.O.U program this summer:  Please be sure to see Mrs. Crenshaw A.S.A.P. if you have received a letter inviting you to orientation next week during school hours. You will need to call Y.O.U and reschedule ahead of time because you are expected to be in school.

Hello to all library fans out there!
• First a reminder to seniors: Get your blue sheets signed for graduation requirements. I've signed many but not all. Pop in and get it done before Friday so everyone can get out and go home on time.

• Underclassmen: All library books are due. Tis' the end of the year and I must get accounts in order. If you do not return your materials, you will be charged. Please check your lockers, under your beds and in your cars. Bring those books back home!

VIDEOGAME CLUB  IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Today is our last meeting for the year.  If you are planning to attend you MUST see Mr. Winkler before 8* today.  We will meet from 3:00 to 3:45 today.

GUIDANCE INFORMATION: Any student who did not pass all of their OGTs and wishes to take them this summer can pick up an OGT brochure in the Guidance Office. The brochure describes the dates and times for the preparation classes and the tests, themselves.

Anyone interested in working over the summer for tuition.

PIZZA SALE: Key Club will be having a pizza sale after school in the Atrium. Pizza is $1.00 a slice and pop is $.50.

GARDEN CLASS: Please return a signed policy sheet to Ms. Timko by the end of the week. Spots are still open and we would like to begin preparing the garden for the summer. Those that have returned their signed policy sheets, please plan on staying after school Tuesday, 5/27. We will be weeding and turning soil, so bring a change of clothes.

CALDRON: There will be a five minute Cauldron meeting in room 301. Anyone who helped put the literary magazine together must attend. Again, Cauldron meeting after school in room 301 at 2:45.

VIDEOGAME CLUB: Attention Gamers! Video Game Club will meet in Room 201 from 2:45 to 3:45. Come show off your skills!

GUIDANCE INFORMATION:
• Any students who are applying to be tutors for the Summer Reading Program 
            Broadway Christian Church should bring their applications to Mrs. M or Mrs.    
            Crenshaw. We will fax them to the contact there.

• There is a part-time, summer job available in Maple Hts. If you are 16 and a responsible worker, please come to the Guidance Office to get more information.
