Beacon of Hope Campaign Kickoff September 8th

On September 8th, our school community launched the public phase of A Beacon of Hope: The Campaign for Cleveland Central Catholic. The purpose of this important campaign is to generate $5.175 million, so that CCC is better positioned to serve our community today and well into the future. Class of 1970

The Class of 1970 was the first to graduate from Cleveland Central Catholic High School. They held their 45th reunion in the Wasmer Ironman Center at CCC on October 10th from 7-10pm. 

Class of 2005

CleanUp+Clams 2016

Mark you calendars for Saturday, October 1st, for our annual CleanUp+Clams event. Volunteers must be pre-registered and arrive by 9:15 am.

REMINDERS - FREE BREAKFAST IS AVAILABLE FOR STUDENTS MONDAY-FRIDAY 7:30AM-7:50AM. ON LATE START DATES BREAKFAST BEGINS AT 8:20AM. COST OF DAILY LUNCHES ARE $3.25, STUDENTS MUST BRING FOOD FOR LUNCH, UNLESS APPROVED FOR FREE OR REDUCED LUNCHES. 

 

Information for Playoff Football

Tickets will be on sale in the CCC  bookstore starting tomorrow morning from 7:15-7:45 and 2:40-3:30 on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.  Tickets will also be sold during lunch hours in cafeteria. All tickets are $7.00 pre-sale and $9.00 at the gate.  This game will likely sell out, so get your pre-sale tickets soon!  Please share this message with your friends!  Thanks and GO IRONMEN!

CCC Teacher Honored

English teacher and department chairperson, Joseph Rock II, was honored Halloween Night by Fox 8 News in their "Pay-It-Forward" segment for his generous spirit.  He was nominated by former students.

Campy Russell Challenges CCC Students

“No matter what your situation is, it’s up to you,” said Campy Russell while addressing CCC students after school on October 28. The former Cleveland Cavalier entertained an enthusiastic crowd with stories of his life and lessons he learned from them. “We all have to deal with the rules of the house,” he said while listing hints for success.  “Be humble, listen, and take instruction,” were repeated with anecdotes from home life and high school and college careers.

Alum Returns to CCC: Keith Turner, '83

1983 Alum Returns

Former CCC football player Keith Turner, ’83, was in town recently with his family.  A social, organized by Keith’s former football coach, Jerry Fakso ’65 OLL and attended by many former coaches and alum, was held on campus in the Father Fiala Room which allows for a great view of the Stefanski Stadium.  Keith was amazed at the transformation of the campus. He is a CCC Hall of Fame inductee. Keith has been coaching junior college football for over 25 years and is currently the head coach at Fond du Lac College in Minnesota.
